Vi is a dedicated educator and holistic practitioner based in New York City and her ancestral home of New Orleans. With a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University and an M.A. in Media Studies from The New School, her first love of storytelling has shaped her professional journey, making it a natural fit for her work in healing and social justice. This narrative foundation informs her deep interest in memory work, spirituality, and wellness for people of color.

Viánnie has extensive experience in various professional roles, including internships, brand ambassadorships, modeling, and content creation. While her work in beauty and fashion provided valuable insights, she shifted her focus to promote inner beauty and healing. She obtained her 200-hour yoga certification from Y7 Yoga Studio in NYC and her Holy Fire® Reiki certification from Ascending Solutions, LLC. Through therapeutic practices and mentorship, she has embraced her clairvoyant abilities and offers readings and spiritual sessions.

In her current role as Coordinator for Gender Equity at a university in New Orleans, Viánnie advances social justice and inclusivity initiatives. Her commitment to underserved communities led her to establish That Earthy Joint & Co., which provides holistic services and develops self-care and wellness curricula for K-12 students, adults, and corporations.

Viánnie's mission centers on creating inclusive, safe spaces that foster intimacy and authenticity, particularly for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and underserved communities. She is dedicated to guiding others on their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment through mindfulness practices and tailored workshops. To bridge her passion for holistic healing with her professional expertise, she aspires to become a mental health counselor and herbalist, integrating her knowledge of outer beauty with inner healing.
